Our medical copay is $12. Most people have $10 copays so they never have singles in the office. So I gave the receptionist $22 and she didn't know what to do. I didn't help her out. I just let her panic. You know what? She gave it back and had them bill us. The stellar office staff was one reason I ditched that doc.
